Do I need to already have a hotel booked to use Staylo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, ideally. Staylo works by tracking the price of an existing refundable booking and alerting you when you can rebook for less. However, if you haven't booked yet and want to track the price of a specific hotel, you can always create a stay manually in your Staylo dashboard and you'll be notified when prices drop for that hotel.

What if my hotel booking is non-refundable?

Staylo works with refundable reservations only. If you haven't booked yet, choose a free-cancellation rate — that way we can track price drops and you can rebook for cheaper without any penalties.

How do I upload my bookings to Staylo?

Accepted Answer

You can either send your booking confirmation emails to forward@savewithstaylo.com or manually upload the details in your Staylo dashboard once logged in. We only need basic booking details to track prices for your stay; hotel name, check-in/check-out dates, room type, number of adults/children, and price paid.

How does Staylo track my hotel prices?

Once you add your booking to Staylo, our AI continuously monitors prices across all major booking platforms for the same dates, hotels and room types. In addition to that, Staylo also tracks prices for hotels nearby that were initially more expensive than the one you booked, and that are now less expensive. Rebooking for one of these hotels is like upgrading for free!

What happens when the price drops?

You'll receive a notification via email and on your Staylo dashboard with the new price and step-by-step instructions on how to rebook at the lower rate.

Can I rebook multiple times for the same booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as your booking remains refundable! Once you've rebooked for cheaper, just forward us the new booking confirmation email at forward@savewithstaylo.com and we'll keep looking for even better prices. Prices usually drop more than once for the same booking, so we highly recommend doing this!

What booking sites do you support?

We support all major booking platforms and online travel agencies such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, and many more. If you can book it online, we can track it.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.
